Intro to the course:
Get off to a flying start with this course. It includes an introduction to airline cabin crew roles and employment opportunities in the travel and tourism industry. This course is designed to be a stepping stone to employment or further study.
The content includes experiential learning in our fully equipped purpose-built airline cabin allowing you to participate in a range of simulated activities, practical training and team working tasks.
You will develop an understanding and an awareness of the airline industry, developing skills in customer services, communication, tour guiding and holiday destinations. You will learn transferable skills that will help increase your confidence, resilience and personal presentation to improve employment success and will support progression to a higher-level college course.
